RETURNS POLICY

We hope you enjoy your purchase however if you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from us, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly offer you a credit note to the amount of your original purchase (minus any shipping costs). Please send your item(s) to PO Box 320 Joondalup DC WA 6919. Please contact info@bearr.com to arrange this first.

To return an item for a credit note, please make sure the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Bearr will inspect the item(s) when they return and if they don't meet the above criteria unfortunately we cannot process your return.

If you do not have proof of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a credit note. Please also keep your proof of purchase in the case of a faulty item. We will offer an exchange, repair of item, credit note or refund in the event an item proves faulty.

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to get the item back to us, and the customer must cover any costs involved in doing so. Credit notes do not cover shipping costs so please keep in mind the amount will be for the returned products only.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges, only store credits as we cannot guarantee that the size or style you want will be available. 

HOW TO USE THE STORE CREDIT

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order.
